Once operational, you’ll oversee day-to-day theatre operations, lead the clinical team, and ensure the smooth delivery of services and outstanding patient outcomes. This is a leadership role where strategic planning, hands-on support, and collaborative leadership intersect. You’ll have scope to work clinically when needed, while mentoring your team and driving operational excellence.
